Debby Birach-Mayer

Director of Flowers to Impress

Debby is the founder and head trainer at Flowers to Impress School of Floristry. She is a Dutch Master Floral Designer with over 25 years of experience spanning 4 different countries.

Prior to starting Flowers to Impress, Debby owned a successful floristry business in Sydney for 7 years and designed for a great number of prestige hotels around Sydney.

Debby has won highly-prestigious awards for her innovative designs and fresh approach, in various international flower competitions. In addition to her Dutch Master Florist qualifications, Debby also holds other floristry qualifications covering topics such as horticulture, art, flower arranging and design. These qualifications include every aspect of the floristry industry: from growing flowers, to arranging cut flowers, to growing a floristry business. Debby also holds TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Debby resides in Toowoomba and enjoys spending time with her family.

Floral Designer & Teacher

Debra has been creating floral designs for over 15 years, has owned her own successful Florist Shop and worked for several fabulous Floral studios around Australia. She is passionate about the florist industry and loves sharing her innovations and experiences with her students. Debra has completed Certificate lll in Floristry and is in the process of completing TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate IV in Floristry SFL40115

Samantha Dalle Cort

Floral Designer & Teacher

Samantha is a Trainer with Flowers to Impress, based in Townsville. Samantha is a very passionate nature loving florist, who has been in the industry for over 6 years loves every minute of it! Samantha holds TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment. Samantha has completed Certificate III & IV in Floristry and believes you never stop learning. She knows first-hand the impact that flowers have on people. Sam looks for ways she can continually grow in her knowledge and understanding, and is thrilled to be part of the Flowers to Impress team.

Briony kopp

Floral Designer & Teacher

Briony is a Trainer for Flowers to Impress, based in Cairns. Briony has over 6 years of experience in the Floristry Industry. Briony adores nature and loves creating interesting designs with tropical flowers. She loves being able to share her knowledge and experience in the floristry industry with her students. Briony has completed her Certificate lll in Floristry and is in the process of completing TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
